Mosaic Family Medicine is the primary care practice of Dr. Sandra Minchow-Proffitt. Dr. Proffitt provides a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and adults including:
- Prenatal care and birth
- Preconception counseling
- Breastfeeding support
- Tongue tie release in newborns
- Contraception (family planning)
- Natural ways to enhance fertility
- Well woman exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears
- STD testing and treatment
- Annual physical exams
- Well child check-ups
- Newborn care
- Immunizations
- Caring for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, thyroid disease, anxiety, and depression
- Acute care for illness or injury
- Skin procedures, including skin biopsy for abnormal moles, treatment of warts, and removal of skin tags
Mosaic Family Medicine services focus on the needs of young families. We do not treat people over age 60.
